- ½ cup cashews, slightly heaping
- 2 cups water
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup dates
- ½ teaspoon Krystal Salt brine
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 droppers-full liquid Stevia (optional)
Blend cashews and 1 cup water for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Freeze according to electric ice cream maker’s instructions. Makes 3½–4 cups.
Note: If raw tahini is not available (most “raw” butters sold in jars are not raw), put ¼ cup dry sesame seeds in the blender rst and grind to a powder before adding the remaining marinade ingredients.
